Initial Clinical Assessment
The foundation of effective care is a precise understanding of your unique circumstances. Before beginning ongoing treatment, our licensed clinicians conduct a thorough Initial Biopsychosocial Assessment (BIO). This evaluation allows us to accurately diagnose and collaborate with you to build a customized Master Treatment Plan (MTP).
Out-of-Pocket Rate: $250.00
Ideal For: All new clients establishing care and mapping their path to wellness.
Mental Health Counseling & Therapy
We utilize proven clinical frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you navigate emotional distress and build resilience. Sessions are tailored to either individual growth or the complex dynamics of a family unit.
Individual Psychotherapy (60 mins): $175.00
Family/Couples Therapy (60 mins): $200.00
Ideal For: Individuals needing targeted coping strategies and families seeking to resolve conflict and improve communication.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
Designed specifically to meet behavioral community facility standards, our PSR program empowers individuals to regain essential daily living skills, build social proficiency, and improve their overall functioning. We focus heavily on practical independence and seamless community reintegration following a clinical diagnosis.
Out-of-Pocket Rate: $60.00 per hour ($15.00 per 15-minute unit)
Ideal For: Individuals requiring structured, functional support and community-based skill building.
Insurance & Payment Options
We believe in complete transparency regarding the cost of your care. Internal Medicine Center Corp. proudly accepts Medicare part B and self-pay.
For uninsured individuals, or those utilizing out-of-network benefits, the out-of-pocket fee schedule above applies. All out-of-pocket fees, insurance co-payments, and deductibles are due in full at the time of your service.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash and major credit cards.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement: Upon request, our billing department will provide a detailed “Superbill” for clients who wish to seek reimbursement directly from their private insurance carriers.
