Mental Health Counseling & Family Therapy
Confidential, evidence-based therapy sessions to help individuals and family units resolve conflicts, improve communication, and address clinical diagnoses.
Collaborative Care for Individuals and Families
Mental health counseling and family therapy provide a safe, confidential space to navigate life’s most difficult emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. Whether you are seeking personal healing or looking to strengthen the bonds within your household, our licensed counselors are here to guide you. We focus on uncovering the root causes of distress, improving interpersonal dynamics, and equipping you with the practical tools needed to foster long-term emotional well-being.
Proven Approaches: CBT and DBT
We utilize evidence-based therapies that are scientifically proven to create meaningful change. Depending on your unique needs, your treatment plan may include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A structured approach that focuses on identifying and reframing unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns to positively influence your emotions and behaviors. CBT helps individuals build effective coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult situations.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Designed specially for individuals who experience intense emotions, DBT balances acceptance of where you are with the actionable tools needed to change. It teaches core skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help you build a more balanced life.
Individual vs. Family Sessions
Because every situation is unique, we offer flexible therapy structures to best meet your clinical goals.
Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions dedicated entirely to your personal growth. These sessions focus on processing past trauma, managing specific clinical diagnoses (like depression or anxiety), and building self-awareness.
Family Therapy: Sessions that treat the the client as part of a family, as a unified system. We work together to bridge communication gaps, resolve deep-rooted conflicts, and rebuild trust, ensuring that client feels heard, validated, and supported.
